Humor me here. It’s December 1996, over a year ago this poison cloud landed on our home. Around November 1995 we were offered and agreed to accepting $ 10 million to settle out of court regarding the chemical release occurring a few weeks prior. Our attorneys requested four months to complete the out of court deal.
Sometime around April 1996 attorneys withdrawn their offer. The first disputes with the law firm of Sacks and Smith began. Through the next months all the way to December and this deposition we had been warned to be silent about what have actually occurred. And what was that ? Well, the truth.
Our home destroyed because the cloud landed there and we were threatened to not speak a word about it or anything contrary to a class action. Can’t understand the destruction of our home being a non issues here. As Jane was chosen for deposing we argued for months over her fear to mention the trailer or to say anything to further anger the attorneys who did a 180 degree turn over our cause.
Jane, in my opinion had already been put through hell and the attorneys knew it. At one point all other clients of the firm were sent home when it was detected that the chemicals had cause damage to major nerves within her brain and special testing took place for two days. Since this toxic cloud had created change in everything else, Jane is entitled to her own. The mere thought by family members that we might be ending our legal matters with some settlement from a deposition was enough to get us thrown out of where we were living.
Were just within the first months of something we never been through before. Jane has countless medical problems and even needs surgery to replace her ear drums. We’ve been throwing up daily and living out of our car on the property with our remodeled home-made useless by toxins. This was our condition prior to being deposed. Knowing Jane, it appeared to me as though she gets tired during all this.
As it was stated prior to this deposition that it would never be used before the court, I guess nothing about the abuse and denial of right even mattered. Here is the Deposition of Rebecca Marie

Why is this website putting someone’s Social Security number on the internet for everyone to see and possibly for someone to use for identity fraud? Someone could open up credit card accounts with this number.
It took years for someone to ask this. We are presently owned by the United State’s Government. Given the amounts of money settled for as well what could be had on further legal actions I really doubt anyone other than the government is able to use these numbers. I’ve been adopting my grandchildren because her mother is in prison while the state waits for us to die. We are not even allowed an original copy of their birth certificate. Since the entire suit was set up as though we are dead, well, just let me say the more public this is the better. Go ahead use the number it most likely won’t be long before those holding our money would pay you a visit and even if your arrested for fraud tell the police you will not plead guilty and you’ll be released. I’ve been released on many charges all false. The last thing the government the states or the major corporations want is this in the public eye. I was forced to plant ideals in my enemy’s mind. In making them think we would die we escaped their attempt to inprison us. Not to say our injuries we’ren’t bad they were. Some serious problems still remain but not enough not to take these people to trial.
Oh yeah, I also meant to say were already victims of idenity fraud. The criminals are the U.S. Government and major corporations. As well over the years this action has erased our citizenship when I appied for grant to return to school. I had sought a degree in law.
