DECLASSIFYING THE ONCE SOUGHT FOR SYMPTOMS AND FACTUAL CONDITIONS. HERE TODAY HERE TOMORROW.
BUT FIRST! Recalling a court response once I wrote, “this wasn’t a class action” as there wasn’t over twenty thousand people with our damages and injuries awaiting their (the attorneys) drag ass process toward relief. A few thousand votes bitching and something gets done, not Dunn.
Speaker of the House John Boehner ruled out a vote in this session on an urgent $60 billion disaster aid package for states still cleaning up damage from Hurricane Sandy. Broad criticism over his decision to close the year without acting on relief for Sandy, has forced thousands of storm victims to wait even longer for much-needed disaster aid.
Boehner has not made any comments to justify his decision, and has enraged New York area lawmakers and victims alike. Boehner has committed to holding a vote on the measure during the first full legislative day of the new Congress. “The House will on January 15th, be in its first full legislative day of the 113th Congress, the House will consider the remaining supplemental request for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.” ____________________________________________________
Classvictim: Rebecca Jane Marie is having medical problems again. It’s usually cold weather. An attorney had once suggested a warmer climate before they robbed us.. It’s clear her conditions have worsen. For all the writing of fraud, extortion and what became of those, is it billions or just hundred of millions of dollars? We’ve covered little over what was used to collect all this money. That would have been the medical conditions, since our home destruction wasn’t acted upon via la criminal intentions of the courts extortion plot. The class action is a gathering of the heard so to speak personal injuries are rejected as this particular cause could have put an end to several huge corporations. A den of thieves where the foxes work a hen house. America no way Mississippi uh huh
With a good bit of not yet published information we’ll have a look at the core issues used by attorney slime and the court of Hinds County Mississippi to receive the ill gotten gain. Yeah, core issues and those self implemented protection protocols to prevent arrest and other hardships. You know you have to wonder how much of a person’s life is lost when exposure to deadly toxins is had, but you try to make the best of it. It is a daily battle that requires your attention. GOD!
I offer the following regarding the medical conditions of ourselves and the twenty thousand plus associated to the class. The process seems to be a more rapid deterioration of bone and other forms of post toxic effects. I think if we die slowly from this I’ll share that via blogging too. Someday, someone will pull the plug on most if not all blogging and reporting of truths. I think regarding the ability to extort from the courts. Whatever was assumed was the illusion of the monetary insanity of the masses driven by those more insane to accept it being done in a court in America, absent American or Moral law. Of the actual medical conditions had thus far we have the common “we don’t know” and “it could be anything” regarding my wife’s medical problems. Yeah, it could be anything but we know it isn’t. Threats to stay in the mobile home that it was safe was actually the attorneys attempting to cause further harm. It was an attorney who we requested pay a visit to our abandoned property who realized the extent of exposure had to our home.
Here’s something for the Gaylord attorney class-action though. Can you say Ambulance Chaser boys and girls. The folks in Bogalusa Louisiana can and so can attorneys in Mississippi.
So I tell the doctor I can’t breathe. Weeks went by the problem got worse, their not listening. The class was signing up with the attorneys next door from the doctor. Stuart Smith had it rolling. I returned after a few more weeks after the class attorneys decided it had to be lung problems to explain a mist the lung medication being delta out the class that wasn’t what I meant. I meant my glands in my throat were swollen and I couldn’t breathe or even swallow for that matter. Just in time to start work on that patient privacy act to hide the inconsistency of the unaffected attorney money class from the real victims
So the sad part is a lot of folks are gone now and my personal believe is they all overdosed. Attorneys found a winner for their class cause with their lung condition and money was the only concern of all. The insanity hit its height when we returned from Jackson, MS. to see what looked like two of Gaylord’s aircraft flying and spaying something in storm like conditions. Still anyone without any contact to the toxins were still medicated for breathing and lung conditions. My step dad took to their lung medication, it wasn’t long before he couldn’t breath very well. Did he get money for his efforts? yep, but he didn’t take it with him. Most days I just wonder how many have ( they ) been killed.
The medication taken presently to deal with this particular toxic exposure requires a very high fiber diet and other needs. Everything about having organic poison in your body requires a constant flow of every part. Jane is somewhat unable to maintain a constant, whether its walking really anything. What we do know is applied and why we are here. I use to sleep under my covers she didn’t. The toxins ate away at her eardrum leaving a huge hole. Ultimately her trigeminal nerves in her brain became effected. I love my wife I always have and I always will and you can bet I tell her. So we’ll do some medical posting in 2013 along with other things Mississippi, starting with this!
REPORTED ON FACE BOOK: Lawyers in Mississippi should never have asked! In a Southern small-town a prosecuting attorney called his first witness, an elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, ‘Mrs. Jones, do you know me?’ She responded, ‘Why, yes, I do know you, Mr. Williams. I’ve known you since you were a boy, and frankly, you’ve been a big disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, and you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you’re a big shot when you haven’t the brains to realize you’ll never amount to anything more than a two-bit paper pusher. Yes, I know you.’
The lawyer was stunned. Not knowing what else to do, he pointed across the room and asked, ‘Mrs. Jones, do you know the defense attorney?’
She again replied, ‘Why yes, I do. I’ve known Mr. Bradley since he was a
youngster, too. He’s lazy, bigoted, and he has a drinking problem. He can’t build a normal relationship with anyone, and his law practice is one of the worst in the entire state. Not to mention he cheated on his wife with three different women. One of them was your wife. Yes, I know him.’
The defense attorney nearly died.
The judge asked both counselors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said, ‘If either of you idiots asks her if she knows me, I’ll send you both to the electric chair.’
