JACKSON — On Thursday the Mississippi house passed the “Child Protection Act and Child Rape Protection Act,” to enact stricter, mandatory reporting of people overseeing children for abuse of a minor. Chairman J. Andrew Gipson, R-Braxton. said, “A lot of people talk about protecting children, but here today, in this chamber, we have the opportunity to do something about it,”

House Bill 16 also would prohibit adults helping a minor under 14 get an abortion without parental consent. Under this new bill doctors performing abortions are required to preserve fetal tissue so law enforcement could determine whether an adult impregnated the minor. The bill would require teachers, health-care providers, clergy, parents and others to report abuse or allegations of abuse, sexual or otherwise of a minor to local law enforcement, the Department of Human Services or Department of Public Safety within 48 hours of learning of it.

Failure to report carries a $5,000 fine and/or a year in prison.
In debate many questioned why this bill was needed. There is already a law requiring teachers and others to report child abuse to DHS. Others say HB16 is full of vague language with potentially unintended consequences.

This is one of the worst bills I’ve ever seen in terms of draftsmanship.” said Rep. Cecil Brown, D-Jackson. “With this, if two 15-year-olds are in the back seat of a car, this would be a reportable crime under this act,”  House Democratic leaders passed a bill to name the act after a Tupelo man who committed suicide years after being abused by a teacher when he was a student. —————————————-

Let’s elaborate on the true intent of this bill. In part 2. we’ll see how abusive this law can be in action and who and what this law really supports. This is a taylor made law which supports family extortions.

    1. This bill is anti God and family, why? Ask yourself who has responsiblity for minors and children ? That would be their parents, however this bill seeks more for other reasons. The bill reads. ” the law requires the reporting of those overseeing or caring for minors regarding possible abuses”. A failure to report could include $5000 fine and or one year in jail.

Other than spare the rod to spoil the child. Consider this requirement of Satan’s standing rule concluding the end of this age and what form of gospel with be preached at that time.

Matthew 24: All these are the beginning of sorrows.“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

2. Wonder how many people die everyday in this state or others. I’m wondering what possible sympathetic value is precieved to represent, suicide? Now what comes to mind when you think Mississippi? CIVIL RIGHTS. That’s the biggest talk of horse shit ever spoken. I’ll try to remember how the state is now claiming to object to abuse as it continues to use whatever past or present action to extort our awards. Amen!

3.  Stay tuned for part two. Mississippi must be the spearhead for satanic rulings to be tested for the rest of the country as it leads in abusive mandates. With the economic hardship facing everyone, I can see drug addicts and just anyone willing to turn on their friends, family and anyone they can for whatever trouble they can get out of or reward could be offered. All that is needed is an allegation not factual proven events. We’ll go deeper into this in part two of this post as the classvictim shows the actions of use with this bill to directly attack any U.S. citizens per any reason some corrupted politician may need.

My family has been used to gain untold amounts of money in a lawsuit and politicians want to keep it all. The state has falsely imprisoned our child leaving her children in our care. What is needed for folks like my family is a law that can control and eliminate any opposition to that extortion. Repeated attempts to allege some form of neglect of us by my very own mother on behalf attorneys extortion plot has never ended. We’ll cover these events in MISSISSIPPI MUD Pt.2. ……..
