UPDATE: Jan. 10th,2013

A resolution urging Congress to quickly appropriate billions is being is pushed by State Rep. David Baria to aid families affected by Hurricane Sandy.

A national backlash was felt over a vote by one of 67 House members U.S. Rep. Steven Palazzo last week who opposed $9.7 billion in funding for claims arising from Sandy. However that measure ultimately passed and President Barack Obama signed it Sunday.

Baria, D-Bay St. Louis, offered the resolution Wednesday, which urges Congress to pass a comprehensive $60 billion Sandy aid package. Baria said he offered the measure up in part in response to show those affected that Mississippi, received tens of billions in federal aid following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, that he is empathetic to there problem because we have been through it, and we’ll likely go through it again,” Baria said.

Yeah, I thought about not using the word fucking hypocrite but WTF we need to stay clear on the issues here. Break-out the tissue and beware the tears, as we sniff onions and read the sob story of a criminal hypocrite. Don’t we all feel bad when something causes a person to lose all they own. But wait, if your losses were insured and you and your family weren’t injured, I’d say count your blessings. Being an attorney Mr. Baria dip-shit clearly understands the process of being owed what is rightfully his. Baria is clear on the laws of right. And since were talking law we all know about justice and civil right being a proclaimed matter of equality.  Although attacking me is one thing. You hypocrites have involved my family and after 16 years of waiting and wanting my death your horse-shit has gotten very, very old. Where is the money collected for our loss you fucking hypocrite?

David Baria was spawned and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in Jackson County. Never growing up he graduating from Moss Point High School, he attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he learned about criminal justice. David later obtained a brown nose law degree from the University of Mississippi in 1990 but being a court documented proven crook who gives a shit.

David established a successful law practice in Jackson and Over the years he had a varied practice that focused on representing people who had been denied insurance benefits. His practice also brought him into frequent contact with law-breakers in Jackson. In early 2004 and his Gaylord V. Marie extortion work David returning to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and settled with his family in Bay Saint Louis. On August 29, 2005, like so many others here, David and his family lost their home and everything in it. Weep here! Well, I be damned and I am.

After this catastrophic event, sniff, sniff David knew that taking care of his family was more important than anything else. Just like the Marie’s David was ready to be threatened beaten have his child kidnapped and used, just to be left for dead, all for his family. After security his family’s safety and running for public office using the Marie awards what mattered most to David was returning as soon as possible to begin rebuilding the place he so loves. Being some important and more valuable than others, David heard many stories of residents and businesses were being denied for no good reason. But just as with the Maries’ he really doesn’t give a shit he just wants a name and social security number as a manner to collect the money owed others.

Each one of these individuals have not recorded any of the actions they have taken regarding the Bogalusa, Louisiana Gaylord Chemical Spill on their historical profile. But just follow the yellow brick road. So can you read between the lines?

In 2010, David was appointed to the Senate Special Committee on the BP Oil Spill.

STUART SMITH:  of the law firm SmithStag, has more than 900 clients with claims against BP. Most have received emergency payments, he said, but no additional compensation in “quite some time.” “There are all kinds of reasons,” he said in a phone interview, adding that “a bunch have had problems with record-keeping.”  For clients whose waiting period ended in denied claims, Smith said, his firm would take the issue to civil court. Those denied claims larger than $250,000 will eventually be heard by a not-yet-formed appeals panel. When the appeals panel begins operating, decisions are expected to be made within 14 days of the claims file, according to GCCF’s site.

There is a rule of law that courts are free to prohibit false or misleading speech by a defendant and may prohibit a defendant from using speech that is coercive or prone to abuse. Judge Barbier in finding that the Gulf Coast Claims Facility (GCCF) All these people have ruled on the Marie cause, denying them any relief.
