Following a series of highly-publicized attacks on the websites and computer networks of government and private sector entities across the globe, Anonymous is cautioning future targets something that they think should have known clear from recent past activities: they’re serious. Since the start of their Internet crusades, it’s the calling card that Anonymous has signed-off their online assaults with “You should have expected us.”

The hacktivists collective continues to come down hard on unsuspecting websites of corrupt corporations and governments, they’re offering the warning once more Operatives in the Anonymous hacking collective announced that their ruthless assaults and raids will not cease. Campaigns will continue, says the group, and they will carry on with revealing the results of their handiwork every week.

Throughout 2011, the group regularly released information they obtained by infiltrated government computers. After a break in the campaign, the group revisited Friday Anonymous released the audio of a conference call between the US Federal Bureau of Investigation and Britain’s Scotland Yard in which both discuss the collective Anonymous. The call was conducted in January and the FBI has since confirmed its authenticity.

 Early Friday, 17,Feb. 2012 several websites owned and operated by the US government were defaced as part of latest protest against online censorship. Anonymous, the elusive hacktivist group known for masterminding similar assaults, is taking credit. ………. NEXT?

Public funds AKA the billions paid by everyone in taxes. With actions against the plaintiff here over laws which could bankrupt their enterprise they no longer just wait to rob citizens blind. Corporations engage in offensive operations from the gecko.

As you can see these folks from Hinds county were brought in this game three years after the fact, but the protection given corporate America from the start was given them as well. These ass holes hide their strings but you can believe those strings are being pulled by the bigger ass holes on wall street. Now do you remember big brother. Well big brother is who protects these criminals at the local level. Your state officials acting on behalf local, state and federal government steer the entire demonic system against any thought of justice prevailing. The money extorted is used to cause you harm and promote their lively gains of the game.

  Now these folks getting caught for something and arrested aren’t the ruling class. Their more a decoy for the real theft. By real theft I mean the big money. The kind of money spoken of by those who oppose justice and fairness.  

Some judges were so left out of the bigger money but still knew that the present actions of most state courts are by large and far corrupted. The federal judges more likely, simply supported the state courts criminal rulings. But I’m sure given the criminal intent at us some judges just took the bribe with not so much as a thought for the victim of their actions.

Those to big to fail. For all their abilities to remain free of prosecution they haven’t any ability to survive the real world. These boys and girls have been caught in a grand governmental corporate extortion plot. But just look at them. This is the kind of money corporate media won’t report on. Our new America. Let me say I’ve seen my share of odd behaviour by folks running news papers as well tv. stations,  persons waving off or redirecting someone over film footage of this event. The release of the reported event required a judge to sign a court order. With the courts in corporate pockets, no legal action is allowed. With the Corporation at risk you’re at risk. The attempt to legally obtain our awards are well documented. As was the release path and destination of their toxic cloud.

These people and others like them are nothing more than modern-day bullies with the U.S. government taking on any action against them. Enough actions were taken in these matters to prove corruptions intent and a motive as well. If you find yourself a victim of such I hope you have faith in a higher power. Your understanding the reasons being greed and evil don’t let a civil war tempt you to revenge. Humans kill flesh but what drives these is an inter spirit. When we reach that point it won’t be the corporations in charge or the ruling class.

 Temple Inland, Kansas City Rail Road, Gaylord Container, Gaylord Chemical, Vicksburg Chemical and countless others are all major corporations. So when these corporations engage in unlawful activities and need the support of the courts to protect them they use the local towns people of the areas of their companies or court actions. Now notice here I didn’t say it was one political party or the other, why? Because the job of the ruling class’s only political connection is the money paid to them to bribe the towns people and officials of any such town. Your ruling class consist of any race and political divisions who work for a common goal. In our case to extort and distort the facts. A ruling member shares the protection of the criminal corporation. In short they are a bunch of ass licking brown nosing idiot’s who worship money starting from wall street down. More goverment trinkel shit.

In the real world thieves, murders, and kidnappers go to prison. But in Corporate America these are the people who are set free by the ruling class. Many criminals find jobs from the ruling class to conduct their dirty work. No one with-in any significant crime is prosecuted but rather protected by the very government. So who is this ruling bunch of beyond the law ass holes? Their the ruling class.

 With a very simple warning we were suppose to understand the concept of divide to conquer. The new capitalism must be the world’s latest dumb shit social standard. Anytime, Billy Joe or Bobbie-Sue encounter some event in-where they might be owning to some fortune, here comes that state social standard of governmental protected extortion serving the ruling class.

On one side you have the victim, which is protected by a fake system with-in the state which claims to abide by local, state, and federal law. Along with that horse-shit comes the holy grail of law the now useless and worthless constitution of these un-united states. With these non- existant laws to protect the victim they are directed to the only actions the state actually has for such persons. That would be the other great corporations of America today, prisons.  The extortions will no doubt include as many attacks from any and every state agency which it can muster drumming up work for other state agencies.

  So there you sit. Your now the victim. Life passing you by, knowing the extent of stupidity among the evil and demonic society which takes turns through politics at destroying its own existence. You learn fast the only protection you really have are your fire-arms. And there are only good for an intruder. Add to wit.

The state is no doubt a gather of information on how to process these extortions. Making the helpless victim angry seems to be top of the list. The state gives nothing to its victim but a decision that violence is the only answer. Simply because no justice will be allowed by the class ruling the current social norm.

 To examine these individuals and their behaviors closer. It is best the victim regardless the criminal attack, not respond to the childish behaviours of the ruling class as to disrupt the degree of criminal intent involved.  Sources have confirmed,International Paper’s $3.7 billion buyout of Temple-Inland has been finalized. The sale closed a process that began last summer when IP offered a $3.3 billion bid with agreement for $3.7 billion in September, subject to a Department of Justice review. The DOJ approved the deal this past week.

IP is committed to the Bogalusa facility. The mill is one of Washington Parish’s largest employers. IP spokesperson Thomas Ryan said. “We will be counting on Bogalusa, as well as the other newly acquired mills, to help us continue to meet customer needs through safe and reliable operations.” Temple-Inland officials on Monday referred all questions to International Paper.

And the award and name placed upon the Wall of Tolerance from the Southern Poverty Law Center goes to (certificate), Rebecca Marie. Hum??? Identity Theft Contribution??

In May 1997 the court and state officials of Bogalusa Louisiana took actions to protect the towns major employer Gaylord Paper from legal actions against intentional negligence. The only visible threat to the corporate empire were a family of three. A married couple and their one child. Regardless the number, the process of warfare is to divide and conquer. The Corporate Chemical destruction of our home presented a grand opportunity to apply the concept via their fraudulent corporate deals with attorneys and its conspiracy plot.

With my wife child and I made homeless, our child was sent to live with her grandparent my mother. My wife and I lived in motels, our car and eventually tents. We were separated for months from our child awaiting some action on our home. No it didn’t feel the least bit right but sick and legally helpless there we were. The unit of St. Tammany health department along with us complained to the state to no avail.

With my step-dad and mother accepting whatever was offered them to betray us.  The actions by the state officials on behalf the corporations to eliminate us began. 

Page one left to right is a letter delivered to our camper by our daughter. On May 12th, 1997, it requested a meeting with our attorneys which was a trap. Page two reflects the reporting of events to attorneys through the day of the 13th, as City government officials, the court, attorneys and my parents decided to strike. Calls to Dulac and Houma were made by my mother. Her side of these events were needed first to relatives to justify her insanity. It’s similar to the monetary insanity which infected the Hinds County court and its members in Mississippi when our claims were taken there.  Page three is receipt of bonding out of false charges cost. $ 40,000 total.

The total of charges escalated to include, child neglect, mental and emotional problems, street drug abuse, prescription drug abuse, knowledge of a sexual act by a minor. Failure to provide a home. But mostly because we held an enormous legal cause. It all began to fall apart for the state in the first court hearing. The very agency handling the child protection testified all about the fact this matter was before the court due the destruction of our home had by the chemical release as well the fact we had rented a home. The alleged abuse of days old bruises on our child and obvious fact they didn’t match with our weekly visit pissed the court off.

With Bill 16 a person alledges on a family member that family alledges others might have known and before long you can eliminate the entire family the state might consider a political or social threat. Angered that the very first action confirmed a great degree of involvement by the release regarding our situation. That wouldn’t do for a cause to hide the facts before a court of law. The entire matter was dismissed as have been many others for the same reason. We were never given any knowledge of who the actual person making the charges against us.

Is one purpose of this new Bill to protect those making allegations as it seems to require a quicker action for simply an allegation, as where prior proof was needed.  We were informed upon our release of false charges that is was the secretary of the law-firm who filed charges. A person who didn’t know us or anything about us. Bill 16 attempts to have any allegation made by anyone, the authoritative reason and cause alone to enact these stricter laws. This Bill, further heightens aggressiveness upon a possible innocent person when the crimes listed already having laws against them which make them clearly illegal.

The Bill attempts to invoke violence in hope of securing an arrest one way or another. Get picked up charged, beaten and mistreated for something you didn’t do can cause you to reject such attempts in the future. For a person such as my mother since the on set of this type of attacks, she’s contstantly complined that if allegations need not be proven we would have been eliminated long ago. Now that is about a governmental backed corrporate conspiracy statement if one was ever made. Dispose of those who hinder your greed. Hum! 

In a later attempt to falsely charge us with crimes, it was clear at that time we might not survive our exposure. However, upon returning to Mississippi the state of Louisiana claimed a conclusion of its arrest attempts on us but somehow held the actions against us regarding our child. When we returned to Mississippi the state of Mississippi just moved right on in with us.

Bill 16 will allow the state to move in on you and your family then if you’re done as we were, they’ll rob you blind before dumping you to the void. Looking at the documents on these blogs we post and you can see the trail of destruction by the blood sucking state officials. That’s monetary insanity and that type of insanity requires special laws like Bill 16. It allows politicians to put government on the back of anyone for political, or in a case like this for the purpose of protecting corporate corruption. The Bill seeks aggression as a back-up for lack of evidence or proof that any actual crime ever occurred. Bill 16 given possible increase of fines and any other oddity. This Bill is the state’s version of a detention law upon everyone without due process.

JACKSON – On Thursday the Mississippi house passed the “Child Protection Act and Child Rape Protection Act,” to enact stricter, mandatory reporting of people overseeing children for abuse of a minor. Chairman J. Andrew Gipson, R-Braxton. said, “A lot of people talk about protecting children, but here today, in this chamber, we have the opportunity to do something about it,”

House Bill 16 also would prohibit adults helping a minor under 14 get an abortion without parental consent. Under this new bill doctors performing abortions are required to preserve fetal tissue so law enforcement could determine whether an adult impregnated the minor. The bill would require teachers, health-care providers, clergy, parents and others to report abuse or allegations of abuse, sexual or otherwise of a minor to local law enforcement, the Department of Human Services or Department of Public Safety within 48 hours of learning of it.

This is one of the worst bills I’ve ever seen in terms of draftsmanship.” said Rep. Cecil Brown, D-Jackson. “With this, if two 15-year-olds are in the back seat of a car, this would be a reportable crime under this act,”  House Democratic leaders passed a bill to name the act after a Tupelo man who committed suicide years after being abused by a teacher when he was a student. —————————————-

2. Wonder how many people die everyday in this state or others. I’m wondering what possible sympathetic value is precieved to represent, suicide? Now what comes to mind when you think Mississippi? NEWS…..        Farmer said. “The company that first settled, Vicksburg Chem-ical, required that we hold some funds in reserve until a period of time passed,” he said. “It was until May 2011 originally. That was renegotiated to release some of the reserve, with a smaller amount to be held until Sept. 15, 2016. “If it is not used by the defendants according to reserve agreement, by that time, it will be divided 75/25 between the City of Bogalusa and Washington Parish Government.” The governing bodies reportedly get the leftover funds in a “next best thing” scenario because there is not enough money to pay all 20,000 plantiffs’ claims. ………………

There Is A Report That The Files On Those Recently Released By Ex-Governor’ Barbour Are Missing.

Tom Freeland over at NMC’s Bog, has a story on the recent actions of the ex-governor pardons. Mr.Freeland is an attorney in north Mississippi. It seems a request by the Associated Press has revealed that the files are presently missing or unattainable. Tom made a comment that was very intresting given the fact I’ve found most reporting of Mississippi to be bias. One possiblity is once its known who’s behind this type of stuff in this state we’ll be closer to maybe finding out who holds authortity to erase or alter history. We’ll get back to this later when we cover an attack on our citizenship by the great Eraser.  Here’s Tom’s comment.

NEW ORLEANS – A former BP employee has filed a whistleblower lawsuit against the company, claiming he was fired over concerns with cleanup of Mississippi’s shoreline after the oil spill. August Walter alledged one of his BP bosses manipulated data on shoreline cleanup in a federal suit filed last Friday in New Orleans. Walter, was a Covington, La., resident who helped develop BP’s cleanup plans in Mississippi after the 2010 spill began. He states that he was fired last month in retaliation for complaining that BP wasn’t following environmental regulations.

 Gulfport, Mississippi, Oil giant BP has told the city of Gulfport, Miss., that it has no documents to support a claim for $11.8 million in compensation for community damages from the Deepwater Horizon oil-rig explosion and spill. BP initially offered the city $76,000 for tax losses, but the city rejected that offer. City officials are hoping the claim can be settled without a lawsuit.

Specifically, BP said the city failed to document any sales or property tax losses from the oil spill through the height of the 2010 tourist season.  The city sought almost $4.2 million in lost sales taxes, $1.5 million for property taxes and $6.1 million in “community damages.” ————————————————-

Have you ever notice the writings of attorneys and or the courts in general and how much is left to interpretations. Obviously those not involved in court actions are assumed to be without understanding. The lay person is left to deal with what they understand by what is done as opposed to what is said or sometimes written. Let’s take the recent reported actions of the state sponsored fraudulent class action in Louisiana and an attempt once more to Abra Gadaba our settlement awards right before our very eyes.

This presentation will require using the way back machine. Right off I’m going to take the opportunity to lay the threats [ which remain ] aside [ shake this stuff off my leg ] and tell you in short what happened. Once the rail tank car of poison started leaking at the Gaylord Bogalusa, facility it couldn’t be moved fearing an unknown location of possible eruption. It couldn’t be unloaded due safety devices built into the equipment. The chemical toxins were not only poisonous they were highly corrosive as well. Simply stated this multi trillion-dollar company failed to purchase proper safety equipment. Failed to report the problem to the proper authority. Gaylord took matters into their own hands and used the time of day and weather conditions to attempt a disposal. Their actions landed a cloud of toxic absorbing chemicals on our home. It takes a minute to connect certain dots but the picture is pretty ugly.

 November, 1995 the law-firm of Stuart Smith contracts agreement to represent Robert and Rebecca Marie regarding the October 1995 chemical release. Attorneys initial out of court agreement of 10 million in four months withdrawn, all aid is replaced by threats to be silent of actual events. Refusing to take any action other than threatening and having us arrested. The Smith law firm is fired on March 1997. Mr. Smith’s firm refuses to release court files till ordered by judge Graves 16 months later. Judge Graves however insisted an attorney is needed to negotiate any relief we sought. At the time of meeting with judge Graves he gives no indication that he had weeks prior accepted the Vicksburg Chemical offer on me. Graves, ultimately gains a cooperating attorney to maintain actions in violations of to many rights and laws to mention. Enters next on behalf a state court action is David Baria.

 Mr. Baria wasn’t our first choice, he was requested by the attorneys we had first questioned about our claims. Attorneys Kevin Camp and Beth Winsor had claimed to be working with Mr. Baria for the up coming trial. When suddenly the firms and attorneys began to avoid us and wouldn’t return calls. We were abandoned not knowing we were used to collect the suits first offer. Attorneys told my parents  the entire trial would be over before we knew it. There was no need to involve us.

 I didn’t know it could be so obvious to understand the given court testimonies that in attorney and judge statements and actions it was clear where and why the court was steering the matter to a desired outcome. Misrepresentation of chemicals were in support of hiding the criminal actions of the corporations. Namely the paper manufacture’s DMSO involvements and possible fatal issues. Knowing this is Mississippi and any legal action is rejected what are we to do. Liar, liar.

Recapping The Court Of Hinds County Mississippi….  Mid 1999, other than the eighty-four million of accepted offer on me, the entire amount of awards are placed thereafter on my family of three. This included me, my wife and child. The Mississippi Hinds County fraudulent Court trial failed. Hopes to mend the problems failed along with the appeal. The court has always refused to release any of our awards to us. Now that’s one part of this, lets cover a few others as we consider the failures were an intended part of a greater plot to attach awards to the deceased. This could afford a more direct control by the states court.

District Court ….     In 2001 we entered an action in district court and took the matter clean to the court of appeals. Best that is understood is that since the action wasn’t directly connected to the Hinds county action. Meaning the civil action number in district court, it wasn’t the number used to gain the awards but simply a cause referring to it. The Deal…. A punitive cause was held later in Washington Parish Louisiana. Our claims and cause was the only compensatory one before the court. Compensatory settlement is required before seeking punitive actions and ours was connect to the Bogalusa action. Through various actions in Louisiana and stall tactics implemented in Mississippi. The state used class attorneys and our awards to maintain the fraudulent failed trial claims as though their actions were a full success. There is no legal cause to join our awards. They have been held in the present manner by the court and will remain least any public legal out cry for justice. With out the proper Magic they feel their secured in state and lobbying powers to finalize their actions. Hence Mr. lobby remains.
