When the courts and attorneys have civil actions on behalf of many people the masses are grouped into one single action. Refered to as a class-action or in the case of Mississippi it’s known as a joinder which joins similar claims.

In 1995 the class-action was kinda new and not all states held provisions for them. This site provides court documented actions with brief explanations on class-actions and how the courts of law use them in creating false claims for profits. The degree of corruption is amazing. After becoming involved in a corporate lawsuit courts in Louisiana and Mississippi first threatened removal of my family from society through false incarceration due to threats our claims posed to their class claims.

 Then next attorneys and the courts used our claims to gain hundreds of millions in awards. It all began in Mississippi with the court acceptance of [ the Vicksburg offer ] $ 84 million dollars. An offer made by one of fifteen or more defendants and accepted in my name, Robert Marie by the judge after firing our attorney. This offer was accepted in 1998. As of January 2010 that was twelve years ago and even after getting another lawyer who helped himself to our awards the court continues to deny us any relief.

Our exposures to toxins had easily given everyone including us an assumption our condition was fatal. Attorneys ultimately sought $ 2 billion in punitive. Our assumed life span was five years or the year 2000, from exposures in 1995.  This was the life span of exposures to some relative chemical but not the exact same. In fact this actual chemical was never released before. Its actual results could only be obtained by us because of this fact.

So while we complained to attorney’s of our home damage, we are told we are going to die and not to bother them. Attorneys worked with their counterpart judges for years to pass class laws. Even before the states held any right to use us as lead plaintiffs to a class-action the entire case was set up as one awaiting the laws in support and an uncertain death. During this time my family endured threats as some of these were carried out they continue to effect our lives to this day.

Along with server injuries we lost our home as a direct action of defendants. What occurred to us could not legally be connected to any type of class or joinder known. Yet as soon as an offer was spoken of attorneys and judges used my claims to accept the $ 84 million offer. As my family remained on hold, attorneys signed thousands of others to a class they would used to direct our awards to their bank accounts.

After filing thousands of claims and holding a trial on behalf of the class things went from bad to worse for attorneys and the courts fraudulent conspiracy plot. The trial failed to show any injuries to anyone else. Legally at this point all the money from the Gaylord action now legally belongs to my family. It’s the law! The actions which first listed my name alone now included my wife, daughter and as well listed all other defendants not just the first ones making the offer.

Settled in 1998 and 1999 at least $ 330 million dollars was gained by the attorneys and judges working through the Hinds County court of Jackson, Mississippi and the 22nd judicial court in Franklinton, Louisiana. Although our claims could not legally be joined to merit-less claims. Payments have been made to many of the failed and fraudulent claims by the court along with attorneys fees.

 To this very day the court continues to hold our actions as pending and refuses to release any of our awards to us. This all occurred after it was discovered that major corporate defendants were unable to move or unload toxins from their rail road tank-car in Bogalusa, Louisiana and decided to dispose of it as best they could. The results were as criminal as it gets.

After leaking for weeks, defendant sought to use the time of day and weather conditions to direct a cloud of poison to a rural area where it would descend to the ground and be diluted with rain. It wasn’t an obvious plan to spot, but all came together about a year after the release. It had all went as planned except that place it stopped, in the middle of nowhere was right over our home. Defendants toxic cloud fell on our home. Our claims were used to gain all the awards had. The amount was no doubt an agreed to amount. Among the threats had, was we would not get all the money from this suit. We would not be allowed to bankrupt the world’s largest paper manufacture and lastly, we would not live longer than the year two thousand and our child was to young to inherit that kind of money. In the process of these matters and our legally denied issues the judge over our claims became a supreme court judge and our attorney became a state senator. The false attempts to jail us are too many to list but are covered in this presentation.

We are presently a family of five living on a fixed income. Attorneys have joined with the courts to deny any filing by us for any relief from awards had with our claims. Not even for medical needs which they have collected for. These documents are real, however and no reporting of this criminal matter has gained any relief. The money laundered through fraudulent claims has however clearly found its way into state politics.
